Typically, Middle Eastern food is flavorful and aromatic and uses spices such as cumin, nutmeg, turmeric and caraway to achieve strong flavors that are unique to the cooking of the region. The Cuisine and Culture of the Middle East is varied, it has been influenced by many outside countries and people and is richly diverse and intricate. The Mongol invaders introduced dumplings, trade with India introduced exotic spices such as garlic, cumin and turmeric, okra came to the area by way of Africa and the New World contributed tomatoes to the development of the regional cuisine.
Middle Eastern foods reflects the dichotomy between ancient and modern, traditional and contemporary. Richly flavored, lean, chicken, beef and lamb dishes, fresh vegetables cooked as kebabs,plenty of fresh fruit, flat breads,creamy yogurt and cheeses are specially harvested, produced and prepared for use in daily cooking.
Soups and side dishes made with lentils, rice, beans, peppers or other vegetables are often served with a main course. Finally, it is all simply delicious.

All our foods/entrees are all made with natural, fresh ingredients, sourced locally.
Local food is fresher and tastes better than food shipped from other countries or states. Locally grown fruits and vegetables are usually sold within 24 hours of being harvested. Produce picked and eaten at the height of ripeness has exceptional flavor and when handled properly, is packed with nutrients.
We make our own Greek Yogurt ..no additives or preservatives..
